How long does it take to receive my order? 

Parcel Shipments (USPS, FedEx)

The approximate delivery time for small parts is 7 to 10 days after the order date.

Standard Shipments (Standard Freight)

East Coast, Mid-West, and the Southern States, approximate delivery time is 15 to 20 days after the order date. For the West Coast, it is 20 to 30 days.

*Delivery times mentioned above are approximates. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an increased demand for home furniture online. With high demand, freight companies are busier than usual, and shipping times may get delayed even further. 

However, you may also receive your order sooner. We will do our best to expedite all shipments. Seasonal demand (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas), and external events (i.e. Hurricane, Fire, etc.) may affect the mentioned delivery dates above. 

How will I receive my shipment?

We ship your small orders and parts with national carriers such as USPS and FedEx. We ship your furniture orders with freight carriers. We use several different reliable carriers. The shipping company will call you from the phone provided for a delivery appointment. Once your order has shipped, we will share with you the tracking number and carrier's contact phone number via email. Please make sure to give them a call if you receive a voicemail. 

Carriers will deliver your order curbside or driveway. They do not deliver inside your home due to liability reasons. An adult signature is required at the time of the delivery. Right now, we do not offer white-glove service such as assembly or cleaning the leftovers. You must discard all the trash and pallets (if any). Please contact us ASAP if there is any shipping damage or product defect. Please do not forget to send us a photo or a video of the problem along with your description.

What if I receive damaged items?

Please inspect all received packages upon receipt. Also, after opening packages, If there is a problem, please take photos or videos and contact us at Chat Support at the lower right corner of our website or email us at "info@cilekkidsroom.com" or call us at +1 (949) 220-2599

If you receive damaged boxes, please do not reject the shipment. Accept the delivery, and report us the damaged boxes and pieces. We will send you the replacement parts as soon as possible. 

Rejecting the whole delivery will push your new delivery date further because we need to get the items back for inspection and reschedule your new delivery.

What if any malfunctions or broken pieces after use?

All Cilek Kids Room products have 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for manufacture defects. However, we will support you with defects and issues even after one year. We will do our best to ship you the replacement parts and guide you with the problem even after the warranty.

*Replacement parts are free of charge, but we may need to charge you the shipping fee if the warranty is expired. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you replacement parts for discontinued items.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery only if it is unopened and unassembled with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping. You get your refund after we receive the items and deduct the return shipping fee.

Please remember that all returned products must be in the original boxes. We will not issue a refund if we receive used items and opened boxes.

Can I return the assembled furniture?

Unfortunately no. All of our furniture items are knocked-down, which means they come in flat boxes. Once they are installed, it is impossible to put them back in the original packaging. Therefore we can only accept returns for unopened and unassembled furniture in their original boxes. 

When can I receive my refund? 

All return items are subject to inspection against any user problems and shipping damage or loss. We will inspect returned items and process your refund in 3 business days. Any damage or loss will be deducted from your refund amount along with the return shipping fee. There is no restocking fee.

Once we refund, it may take 3-10 days for your bank to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, please contact us.
