We stand behind our quality and condition of Cilek Kids Room products. Please examine all packages and items carefully upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our store or call (866) 220-8858 or email "firstname.lastname@example.org" within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive obvious damaged boxes or shipment, please reject the delivery and notify the freight company.
All Cilek Kids Room items have 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for defect items. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, we will work with you to fix the issue asap.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your accessories purchase, you can return it within 30 days of your delivery only if it is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, furniture items are not eligible for return.
Can I return furniture items too?
All of our furniture items are knocked-down (ready to assemble) which means they come in flat boxes unassembled. Once they are assembled they are not suitable to be shipped back. There we only accept returns for unassembled furniture in their original unopened boxes with return freight fees paid by the customer and with a 10% re-stocking fee.
Who is responsible for the shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Also, the initial shipping costs are non-refundable therefore will be deducted from the refund amount. All return items are subject to inspection against any damages, including shipping damages, and approval upon arrival at the return warehouse.
Can I return the product without their original packaging?
All items must be in its original condition (unused or unopened) and in their packaging. Furniture items should be returned on a pallet if they received as such.
Is there any re-stocking fee?
For accessories (items that ship parcel) we do not have any restocking fee. For furniture items (items that ships freight) we have 10% restocking fee for unused items with their original packaging.
How will receive my payment back?
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only (including tax if applicable). Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt from Cilek Kids Room (email or print). Please contact your seller for items bought other than Cilek official store or www.cilekkidsroom.com

Do you offer any exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to the same item. If you want to purchase a different item we process it as a refund.
Are there any exceptions?
Sales of all Clearance items are final (unless there is a manufacturers defect). Defective Merchandise will be replaced by the manufacturer

Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material, manuals, and registration card(s). We will issue a full refund for any item that meets these conditions.
